Westcliffe Partnerships was founded by Francesca Fielding Wilson in 2021, following nearly a decade working across flavours, fragrances and functional ingredients.
Francesca created the business because she wanted to approach search differently, with a high standard of service, less layers and a stronger focus on the quality of the experience for both clients and candidates. That thinking still shapes Westcliffe today, and has led us to evolve into a full talent solutions organisation. Every search is handled with direct involvement, deep market knowledge and a long term view of the relationship, and we take the time to turn our daily conversations within the flavours, fragrances and functional ingredients market into real time insights and intelligence. By offering executive search alongside talent mapping, market intelligence, specialist outplacement, headhunting training and employer branding support, we are able to look at the wider talent challenge and act as a true talent partner to organisations.
